1. About us

Phonics Mentor ("we", "us", "our") provides live online phonics and reading classes for children, delivered through this website. By creating an account, booking a demo, or enrolling your child, you ("you", the parent or legal guardian) agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Accounts may only be created by adults (18+) who are the parent or legal guardian of the enrolled child. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Information you provide (including your child's name and age) must be accurate.

3. Classes and scheduling

Classes are conducted live online at the scheduled batch timings shown in your dashboard. We may occasionally reschedule a class due to teacher unavailability or technical issues; in such cases we will offer a make-up class or adjust your billing fairly. Class links are for your child's use only and must not be shared.

4. Fees and payments

Fees for each plan are displayed before enrollment and are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment partner Razorpay. Recurring plans renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Access to classes may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid after its due date. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to record, reproduce, or redistribute class sessions or learning materials; not to misuse the platform (including the kid zone, homework, or referral features); and to maintain respectful conduct towards teachers and staff. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this platform — including the curriculum, sound recordings, worksheets, games, certificates, and reports — is owned by or licensed to Phonics Mentor and is provided for your child's personal learning only.

7. Progress reports

Monthly progress reports are prepared with the assistance of AI tools and are reviewed by our teaching team before being shared with you. They are intended as a general indication of your child's progress, not a formal educational assessment.

8. Limitation of liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the one month preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing law and contact
